ABOUT ME
Hi! I'm Kim and baking has always been a part of my life. I remember in middle school French class, becoming engrossed in the french pastries and desserts.

Starting with making meringue first, I read a french article about Ile flottante (basically floating meringue in a custard sauce). I was fascinated by the whipping of egg whites and that it could make something edible and delicious!

My kitchen adventures quickly took me to cakes and for Christmas, I made the French Buche de Noel (chocolate log cake).
​
Now, I love creating new cakes. I want everyone to have an amazing cake, even if there are varying diets! Vegan and gluten free cakes are also available.
I love a challenge- how to make something that's in your imagination, into a delicious cake!
